Considering the Dan Gardens Hotel Haifa in Haifa?
A VT member wrote the following comment about visiting Haifa:

if you come by boat you will probebly enter the country in Haifa (if you didnt in eilat or tel-aviv) if you come from the 'Ben-Gourion' airport you can get a bus to tel aviv central bus station and get a direct bus to Haifa its an 1.5hrs. ride more or less. but tou can also get a bs from the airport (it wowont be a direct one). the best way to get around in Haifa is to use the 'EGGED' buses, they run on saterdays also!!! and they will get you around easly, go to the ticket box and rty to buy a 'day pass' or a month pass. you can also use the taxi surves, but it will be a bit more expencive.
