I have cruised from the Haifa port (and returned to) on four different cruises: Club1 September 1999 Serenade April 2000 The IRIS May 2001 The IRIS August 2006 Haifa port is in the center of the city just beside the central railway station. You can easily reach the port by train or by bus. The port has duty-free shops, but it is cheaper to shop on the Israeli cruise ships.
