"Ha-Maarav Ha-Ragua" ("The Calm West"): Romantic Holidays in the Western Galilee

We stayed in "The Calm West" for 3 nights, and greatly enjoyed it.
There are 3 "zimmers", all of them wooden huts, with all the facilities you may need for a quiet, relaxed stay. Our hut was a suite consisting of a bedroom and bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. A romantic jacuzzi occupies a niche off the living room. Both the living room and the bedroom have TV sets with lots of satellite channels. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator and microwave.
There is a spacious garden with a lawn and some pecan, mango and banana trees. In their shade you can relax in a hammock or on a garden swing for two.
We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a fruit basket, almonds and nuts of different sorts and little pieces of chocolate in different "strategic locations" around the hut. Purple bougainvillea flowers dotted the bedcover and the jacuzzi.

There is a free public beach, Hof Betzet, 3 minutes by car from Liman. As B&B guests, we received free entrance tickets to the swimming pool in Kibbutz Rosh- Hanikra nearby (5 minutes by car).

As for the price: We paid NIS 600 a night on the weekend, NIS 400 a night on a weekday (not including breakfast).
