A nice quiet weekend by the sea

We decided to have a quiet weekend relaxing by the sea for the Festival of Succot. We stayed 2 nights in Nahariya and on the way up we visited the ancient city of Akko and on the way back the Crusader Fortress of Yehiam. It was a very pleasant weekend and I highly recommend Nahariya as a base, assuming you are not a party animal. The town is very relaxing and quiet, has a lovely promenade along the beach and a main boulevard with cafes and restaurants. Most of the inhabitants seem to be retired Russians or very young couples with kids but it is extremely quiet and there is not a whole lot going on there especially on a holiday weekend.

At the north of israel we found Nahariya, beautiful beaches and waking promenade, along with great conditions for sailing and windsurfing.
The city is dived by Ha gaaton BLVD is a very small river. On the BLVD you can find very nice places to go shopping and restaurants.
You can arrive at naharia by train from tel Aviv or haifa or if you wish you can drive. there is the bus-station (tajana) that has varieties of options that you can go and visit (akko, rosh ha nikra, nazaret)
in the bus-station (tajana), the life surprice and show me how small is the world is, I found a friend with whom I gradue from school and I havent see from 11 years, that is incredible!!!!!
