Hotel with a View
We had a very pleasant stay at the Golden Crown Hotel. It is located in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of the city, with beautiful views of the Jezreel Valley below.
The lobby and the dining hall are spacious and create a pleasant, relaxing, warm atmosphere. The combination of stone and wooden beams is very harmonious. The hotel is built on a mountain slope; the street entrance level is actually the fifth floor out of eight.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool which offers the beautiful view of the valley; a gym (why isn't the gym air-conditioned, though?..), shops, conference center.
We has breakfast and dinner in the hotel. The food was plentiful and very tasty.
The service was excellent, everyone had a friendly smile and seemed eager to help, from receptionists to waiters. I can certainly recommend this hotel to any visitor of Nazareth who does not really want to stay in the city center.

The BEST out there, Complete satisfaction.
me and my sister took two weeks off work to visit the world's most holy place on earth - Nazareth.
our traveling agent offered us a couple of hotels, and the golden crown was the one he mostly recommended, therefore, I started searching the internet for it, finding great pictures of it, and fine reviews that made me more excited for our holy visit to the city.
what we wanted is a mix of holy aroma with the taste of luxury, where I must admit, that we've found the best place for it. I am certain that this place is the best place for staying in, to complete the perfection of visiting the holy land.
we spent a week in this hotel, after being in jerusalem in the first week, and in that week, the golden crown showed us the beauty of the area, the beauty of service, and the maximum of comfort, luxury and first class hosting.
the lobby lounge was the most amazing pieace of the hotel, to jsut sit relax, listen to fine jazz, have a delicious cake and enjoy the amazing view.
the rooms were great, no complaints at all, it was rapidly cleaned everyday while in breakfast, and the rooms offered all our needs and that extra touch that always leave you smiling :):)
to conclude my visit to nazareth, I just love that city for its holy values, but now, I love it for the luxurious hosting in the golden crown hotel.
Unique Quality: the lobby as I mentioned before, it is outstanding and was beyond beyond my imagination, such a lovely spot for relaxation.

Direction: north
From Petah Tiqva go to Geha road to the north - Morasha juction - left to Hakfar HaYrok - Glilot junction, connect to road #2 Tel Aviv - Haifa.
After ~50 Kms turn right in Hadera to Eron Wadi - kvish hasargel - to Afula in Izrael Valley [~50Kms]. Nazareth is ~10 Kms north to Afula.
