This is a typical 3 star tourist hotel accommodating its guests with basic amenities, a decent location, some comfort, at (for Jerusalem) reasonable rates. My adapted room could have used some makeover, there was no roll-in shower, just a bathtub which I made barely accessible with the bath board I had brought from home. The accessible entrance is from the backyard parking lot, very steep ramp, almost impossible to negotiate (hotel staff was quick to give a push though). Good breakfast buffet.
The old town is about 2 kms downhill Jaffa Street. Guests arriving by car should be aware that Jaffa Street is closed for individual traffic -- the parking lot is accessed from the intersecting Strauss St. The new Jerusalem tram route will run quite close. As it is being built at the moment, there might be noise and obstructions from the construction site.
