The Best in the Old City
I've had the pleasure of using these folks for a decade and a half and they're simply the best. There are some downsides like water pressure and the cleanliness could be improved at times but generally they're a good place to stay.
Unique Quality: The breakfast is included in the stay and lunch and dinner are available for reservation. The garden on site is what many like as well as the fellowship with other Christian believers from around the world.

My first two nights were at...
Our first two nights were at the guest house of Christ Church. The rooms are sparse but inexpensive and the people were so kind to us.
The Guest House is a popular place to stay within the walls of Jerusalem's Old City. It is It is staffed by Jewish and Arab believers as well as international volunteers. All rooms have private facilities. There is a telephone in each bedroom. Room rates include an Israeli breakfast buffet.
Mid season cost for bed and breakfast in a twin room is US$ 92 and for a single room is US$ 51. Room rates include Israeli Breakfast buffet. These are 2003 prices.
