Hi everyone, What a great site!! I've been trying to find the most convenient area to catch the #22 bus for a summer day camp our son will attend in Jerusalem this July. Camp is in the San Simon neighbourhood at Rechov Katznelson & Shair Agnon. We are a Canadian family of 3 -- two somewhat midde-aged parents & a great 10-year-old boy. Rabin hostel looks good (thanks Gila!) but don't know about location convenience & besides, rules say we can only stay there 6 nights. Any suggestions for good areas and/or specific hostels, B&B or modest hotels???

I don't know the prices, but for a long stay you might want to consider an apartment hotel: The Lev Yerushalayim http://levyerushalayim.com/ is located in the centre of town.
Also look into Beit Shmuel: http://www.beitshmuel.com/index.htm
