I stayed at the Olive Tree for five nights, and was treated quite well.
The food was plentiful and very good. They serve a buffet style meal, but you can also order individual items from their menu. The wait staff are courteous and friendly. The front desk personnel are happy to assist you no matter the hour.
There is a "milk" bar where you can get NY cheesecake (exceptionally good) or a glass of wine. They have a nice wine selection for those afficionados of the grape.
The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The sheets are actually quite nice, not the usual hotel quality. There is a full coffee service in the room, as well as extra personal supplies (shampoos, conditioners, razors, toothbrushes, soaps)
There are two gift shops on site, a jewelry store, a book stall and a rug merchant on the first floor next to the lower staircase. You can bargain with all of the merchants.
On the lower level there are conference rooms, an internet connection room with five computers for your use, an exercize room and an International phone (this is the cheap way to go, the first five minutes are free!)
