Drachim (which means "roads"): Dimona's only hotel

The Drakhim hostel is not a member of the Israel Youth Hostel Association, but it is very nice. It has inexpensive rooms ($40 per person for a single, $35 per person in a double room, and $22 for a third person in the room). Prices include a full Israeli breakfast. Each room has en-suite facilities. The hotel is located right at the edge of town, a short walk from either downtown or the new Peretz Mall. About three years ago the hostel underwent extensive renovations, so the rooms are all very modern and clean.

The hostel has a half-Olympic sized swimming pool, a health club with all the standard amenities (Jacuzzi, dry Finnish sauna and wet sauna, ping-pong tables and massage rooms) and a fully-equipped exercise room. There are also meeting rooms and conference rooms available. There are large free parking lots adjacent to the hotel, and directly across the street.
