Dan Panorama hotel, Eilat, Israel
The Dan Hotel in Eilat is probably one of the best hotel of the city.
While being there for the weekend we had an excellent experience. The room was big enough, the swimming pool was big, the service excellent as well, and the hotel's staff was ready to serve 24/7.
As for the dining room: The breakfast range was so big that we probably didn't try a quarter of it, (off course , we saw people who just managed to try it all).
As for dinner , the only feeling I had was: "I want to take the chef with me, host him at my house, and let him cook for me for the whole year".

Lovely Hotel on Eilat Lagoon
Beautiful hotel; large balcony overlooks Eilat harbor. Hotel is across the highway from the airstrip so you can watch airplanes take off and land. I didn't notice any noise at night - not sure if the strip shuts down at a certain time, or maybe I'm just a deep sleeper...
Very close to Red Sea beaches, promenade shops, and two very nice shopping malls.
Unique Quality: The views from Dan Panorama Eilat are stunning. As you can see from the pics, my room (142) overlooked the marina and the boats - beautiful!

Dan Panorama
In our last visit to Eilat we stayed in this Dan Panorama hotel. The location is 2nd line to the beach line hotels. It is just 5 minutes walk to the beach or the mall near by. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was large with nice balcony, swimming and bar. Breakfast was excellent.

A great choice
The Dan Panorama is a five star hotel located by the quiet waters of Eilat's lagoon.
As it's not directly on the north beach, it is somewhat cheaper then those directly on the beach. Nevertheless it is beautiful and comfortable. It's less then five minutes walk to the beautiful, relaxing north beach.
There is a nice swimming pool at the hotel, as well as a fitness center. There is also a children club, for those traveling with children.
As all hotels in Eilat, the half board deals are only slightly more expensive then the B&B price, which makes it very attractive. With the huge typical Israeli breakfast, and dinner buffet included in the deal, all you need more, is plenty of drink during the hot day, but then you are missing on some of the great restaurants the city offers.
