The hotel itself like every israeli hotel - $7 for water and $22 for 1 day wifi access.
I guess there are enough tourists coming - they dont really care about return clients
I paid w a CC for parking and was given a prepaid parking pass - it was not honored at the dirty filthy and dark gaurage downstairs. Attendend sent me back to my room. Hotel manager never bothered to get back to me. It has been 5 days. I will never stay there again. When in Tel Aviv - stay at hilton or anywhere else - but not Carlton.
The location is dirty and dangerous - Tel Aviv's slum
Unique Quality: Terrible managment - never bothered to get back to me - .... after I was physically threatend in the guarage
