Sheraton City Tower from Ha'Halacha bridge
Hi There,
I'm travelling to Israel on Business in a couple of weeks and will be working in Rosh Haayin. The last time I was in Israel I stayed in Herzliya in the Sharon Hotel as this area seemed the most convenient for Rosh Haayin. However, the Sharon Hotel wasn't very good and I do not want to stay there again and I'd like to stay closer to Tel Aviv so could someone please tell me approx how long it would take to travel by car from The Sheraton City Tower Hotel (in the Diamond Exchange area not the one on the beach).
Thanks!
Lauren
The hotel is right off of the Ayalon ( route 20) and Rosh Haayin is off of route 5. It should take only 10 minutes or so longer than when you stayed in Herzilyia
You will probably get there even faster. First, ot's closer and second you will be driving against traffic. In the morning people drive into Tel-Aviv. So, there is heavy traffic from Herzliya and Netanya southwards, into Tel-Aviv and from Petach Tiqua (which is the big city next to Rosh Haayin) westwards to Tel-Aviv. From the Sheraton hotel you will drive north on highway 20, and then east on highway 5. You don't even need to drive, it close enough to take a taxi. About 10 miles or so.
