Excellent hotel

Stayed there in November 2007, only 2 nights.
Room 388 is a corner room so you have a glass surface which is nice in winter but might be punishing in summer.
The room is a standard business room, design for and by business people.
Everything you need is available. Free internet, coffee/tea set, iron board, a lot of hanger, shoe polishing machine near the lift, apple available free of charge near the lift too + at the gym. Good choice of toiletteries including toothbrush and shaving stick.
Regarding the facilities, the health facilities are ok and you can use the one of 4 points and/or Sheraton. It would have been much better to join the two areas and make them better equiped. The pool is unfortunately up to what I was expecting. It is quite small but convenient enough.
Breakfast is served from 06.00 till 10.30. and is outstanding.
The service, the staff attitude and availability is definitely a big + of 4 points.
Hotel taxi on demand, price approx 3 times more exp. than local ones but so much better !
Last but not least, complementary airport transfer on arrival and departure.
I paid approx. 55 KWD + charges which amounted at a rate of approx. 64 KWD (more than 200 USD)

it is an excelent Sheraton property

very accommodating rooms with, shower only facilities, aircondition, which you can turn off, clean standard, modern gym. In fact you can also use the facilities of the gym and sauna of the neighboring sister property.

Perhaps 90 TV stations (unless some are disabled due to religous convention), CD & DVD player ensuite.

Plenty of restaurant facilities, but not all are open for Ramadan.

Small pool for use (unless restricted for religous convention).

Very secure, cameras on every guest floor. Butler available for one or two floors. Security Guards check who enters

The best hotel

We had the chance to overnight at Four Point Kuwait only because Kuwait Airways reprotected us there after a lost flight connection Indeed a great and valuable hotel, with excellent service.
Had 3 meals there, all excellent. Staff is very helpfull, but a bit too professional and this means cold for me. Only regret, I tried to connect at the wireless internet connection, I paid quite a bit of money but could not get trought, and I had no refund of my money.

Great discounts at the Sheraton Four Points

If you are airline staff you can stay at the Sheraton Four Points for 37,500 Kuwaiti Dinars a night plus 15% tax. The Four Points in newer than the other Sheraton and you can use all of the facilities in the other Sheraton right next door, so save yourself 30 dinars plus a night and stay in the Four Points where the rooms are better and bigger. Oh and the views from the Four Points are much better.

passionate care at four point sheraton

Actually, it was a buisness trip, but i enjoyed my stay very much. the hotel has all the facilities for a business man on the move. from an exotic hot drinks selection in your room (free of charge). to a wonderful fax, printer, scanner copier all in one, upto free broadband internet. absolutely excellent value for money

Top class

This is an excellent hotel that I strongly recommend to all business people who don't have a budget problem.

Unique Quality: I stayed at the Sheraton many times - they seem to do almost everything right for a 5-star business hotel: free internet in all rooms, showers that work properly, comfy desks, excellent reception service with free fresh juice on arrival (!), very good location, swift taxi availability and free airport limo. Can you ask for more?
