Too good a deal to turn down

Well, I can't really complain about this place because I was able to stay here for free several times. This place was rented out by the U.S. Govt to house contractors in transit to and from Iraq. It was discontinued in January 2007. This resort is located right on the beach. The beach was filthy when I was here and most of the scenery includes oil tankers leaving the nearby ports. Either way, it was a very nice break from Iraq. The pools here were incredible and relaxing. I did not stay in the main building, we stayed in the nearby private condos. The hotel restaurant had a very nice buffet serving Western, European, and Middle Eastern style foods. The hotel also had great Thai restaurant (Blue Elephant I think) and a franchise Italian and Pizza place which was also great(same place at Kuwait Intl Airport). They also had a coffee house, maybe Starbucks. This hotel is a long ways from Salmiya and Marina Mall, but not far from Gaucho Grill and some other good restaurants.

Unique Quality: Nice pool and on site food selections!

GREAT & UNIQUE STAY

it was agreat day when i desided to take my family to hilton resort as aweek end stay , this is not the first time but every time i go there i realy want to stay more and more but the price is too much high , but i think its worth it - i like the treatment and the friendly staff - also the varaiety of choosing the rooms - challet and suit gives you the chance to choose what ever you see its good for you - the spa is one of my favourits for relaxing and it was amazing having the relaxing massage after abig day off swimming in the amazing swimming pool with your kids : ) - i do recommend this hotel for those who want agreat stay and aunique treatment - the restaurant there are good also but what i like most is the teatro restaurant .
and the starbucks coffee.

Unique Quality: i like the veiw of my last stay, i have this big window with the sea and swimming pool view i cant describe how it is like when you wake up in the early morning and have your coffee or breakfast with this great view you should go there and dont wast your vacation in other place

Best place in town

The Hilton is probably the best place to stay in town but expensive.

The service is second to none and the hotel food is also excellent.

Unique Quality: Off the Gulf and private pools and a nice gym inside of the hotel/resort.
