I haven't stayed there (luckily), but a one-day meeting was enough to convince me that all the effort that's been made to design this hotel in the trendiest of ways has not at all been matched in the service. Food is expensive and table service slow even with half-empty restaurants. The air conditioning is way too powerful (I got backache last time) and the staff won't turn it off or heat up the freezer-like rooms. I couldn't get the wireless LAN to work and taxi drivers don't know where it is. Luckily, it's near the Marina Crescent so it's easy to escape. They must improve if they want to compete in Kuwait!
