The staff were efficient and friendly. English was spoken fluently by the clerks.
We had an evening meal and two breakfasts during our stay. The food was good: well-presented, varied and served efficently. My only gripe would be a lack of interest by our servers during our second breakfast.
Be warned, the mini-bar and nibbles are very overpriced!
Our laundery was dealt with whilst we were there: no problems.
