Batroun Village Club: Nice Place

Nice place in general. I agree with it being a good package, but we had a few problems:
1) Females have to wear granny swimcaps in the pool.
2)The restaurant's service was extremely slow and unfriendly.
3) More of a family place than a romantic getaway; my boyfriend kissed me once on my neck in the pool and we got told off by the life guard. He seems to have told the rest of the employees, and we got attitude from them which ruined the rest of our stay.
4) The double bed in our room was actually two single-bed mattresses!
But its a really nice setting, rooms are nice and the view is great. There's an old small church and a pretty new amphatheater- really nice backgrounds for pictures. There are stables where you can go see and pet two very cute and friendly horses.
Nice place for a family- not so nice for a couple.
