Rabiya Marine Hotel: Great Resort

This hotel is on the north side of Jounieh Bay in an area called Safra. Rabiya Marine Hotel is actually a Chalet Resort (Chalet's are like hotel rooms or timeshares you own or rent for an entire season) However at the Rabiya they do reserve the top 2 floors for just hotel accomodations that you can rent overnight or for weeks at a time. The view from the rooms are amazing and you can see all the way up the coast past Byblos or all the way down to Beirut. The resort is located approx 29 km from Beirut and is an easy drive (exit Tarbaja and continue north along the sea front about 2km).

The hotel rooms are clean and include a small kitchenette and mini-bar. Breakfast is also included and the hotel staff is incredibly kind!

The Resort has 2 pools - a grand olympic size pool as well as a smaller pool for children. There are basketball courts as well as tennis available. There is also seaside lounging and sea access for a dip in the medditeranean!

Unique Quality: Much more affordable then downtown Beirut - a short drive to the downtown nightlife - but a very relaxing and wonderful place to stay!!!!
