Very friendly hotel
This hotel as not only a great location, 5 min.walk to beach,
but A GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF,
the way they welcome me the first time i went for informations,
made me decided to stay there.
EXCELLENT breakfast buffet, CLEAN hotel.
For sure i will be back

Will not too hurt your budget :)
Beach hotel is situated in Shatti Al Qurum, one of the most classy location in the capital. The hotel has large, clean and comfortable rooms. Price starts from 25 OMR. I love their 2-bedroom flats (Price starts 50 OMR). It gives you a homey feeling.
Unique Quality: The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the beach and it is near to the shopping mall.

Any experience on Beach hotel/Muscat?
Hello!
Has anyone stayed at Beach hotel, Muscat (Shati Al-Qurum, P.O. Box:678, Mina Al-Fahal, a picture can be found, ie: http://www.southtravels.com/middleeast/oman/beachhotel/index.html)? Any comments or opinions about the location or the hotel itself?
I managed to get a rather good offer at Beach hotel after trying to find contact e-mail addresses for budget hotels Mina, Naseem,Corniche or Marina without any luck. Only phone numbers can be found but I'd prefer to receive a written confirmation. I'd be very grateful if someone knew the contact e-mail addresses of those hotels and could provide them to me.

We have had people stay there and they have no negative comments, location is also excellent for Shati.

I was at the Beach Hotel in April 06. It's a small, but very nice Hotel with a swimming pool and the stuff are friendly.
Next february I'll stay also in this hotel with guests. We'll go to a offroad tour for 10 days. Tourguide is a friend of us and he is Omani and since 10 years Tourguide. If you have any questions or you need help to organising a tour in Oman, please contact me.
