On my second trip to Doha in fall 2007, I stayed at the Four Seasons, which wasn't yet completed when I first came to town. I managed to get a stunningly cheap Internet rate of USD 508/night--which in this part of the world and for this hotel, is astonishing--and the best part was that I got an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels in my day, but this was really one of the most fabulous.
What can I say: it's the Four Seasons. I can't think of a better hotel chain. Service and facilities are the best I've ever experienced, and this property is no different.
