Al Khodari Compound - Right Beside Carlton Al Moaibad on the Dmm-Khobar Road

Basically a group of well maintained ground floor villas, each with its own parking space, mini porch and mini back yard, there is a well maintained pool, and a central road between all the villas with a mini garden island in between the lanes, the villas are clean, unfurnished, no AC's even, but spacious and seemingly well maintained, mostly populated by Arabs, the general impression seems like its a place for arab executives with primary school kids
Al Suwaiket – Behind Giant Stores, however you need to turn around the entire block to get to the entrance

Formerly Bin Zager Compound, It is a group of hmmm how do you call it, well houses, pretty old though, and seemingly not very well maintained, each house is comprised of a ground floor and a first floor each of which has an entire apartment, the houses seem very old, but Al Suwaikat just recently purchased the compound and are making a lot of promises,
Golden Belt Village - On the same road as the SAAD Compound and villas - Khobar

Haven't seen any of the units, there's a long waiting list, though to my understanding the camp manager is a real miser when it comes to spending any money on maintenance or facilities or so i've heard, i also heard that it used to be separate houses but then they took each house and split it in two, each storey an apartment, though the ground floor got the garage turned into a living room, its somewhat spacious

Furnished yet with tacky furniture, this compound is screaming for maintenance, and again witht he endless promises, according to the rental person, it has all the facilities you can possibly think of, unfortunately none of it is operational, however, all will be well, surprisingly after you sign the lease,
Dammam Towers – Dammam 1st street

Basically a building with an attached pool and multi purpose court, i haven't personally visited the place but i'm planning to soon enough

Don't have much info about it sorry, except that its owned by the CCC contracting company, who lease a few units to outsiders after carefully considering the applicants, the compound manager is a bit of an old annoying fella who will pester you with questions about your nationality, where you work, and then will flog you off after telling you he put you on the waiting list, just so that he would call you a few days later and tell you they have a vacancy
