Luxurious Living in the heart of Makkah

The Hilton overlooks the Harem (Mosque), and actually is a little too overpowering, but its one of the closest to the mosque.
Its extremely expensive during peak times but quite affordable for most westerners during off peak. The Hilton building also houses one of the more popular malls, the Bin Dawood.

The hotel is obviously 5 star as most are in the area, but is distinct in its architecture.
Very Moorish and with a lot of Middle eastern influence.

If you are plannig to stay here make sure you book well in advance, or in most cases your tour operator will have booked it for you.

The picture says it all.

Unique Quality: Excellent Location!
Large Mosque within Hotel (although whats the point as the Harem mosque is 10 seconds walk!)
Great customer service
Superb Facilities.
(dont expect ANY swimming pools etc as the Hotels in Makkah and Medina cater predominantly for Pilgrims and not for holiday makers.)

Walikum Asslam bro. inshallah you & your family arrive safely may allah accept your Umrah. Although Saudi Goverment doing the best in serving all people from around the world in this period by supplying all needs, still it is not easy because the very much crowded people. regarding your quistions. 1. the hotels close to Haram are hundreds the most famuos are Dar-Altoheed and Makkah hilton because they open to Haram directly and they are 5stars, however, it's hard to find availabe rooms in there.many excelent hotels about 500m to 1km far less price.most hotels provide the guests with buses to Haram and back around the clock.2&3. Only perform Umrah and pray in Haram in Makkah if you are Sunni, The best way to get around the city is by taxi if you speak little arabic if you don't rent a car with driver. the desent shops and resturans are availbe not far from hotels. Also, people going to Jeddah for shopping and entertaining, 70km from Makkah to Jeddah, buses and Taxies go and back all the day with small fee.4. The road to Madinah is about400km comfortable Highway, safe, stations availabe all the way. The buses departing from Makah to Madinah every hour, you can catch the bus directly close to haram and destination in Madinah directly close to Haram also, taxies and private cars also go and back to Madinah all the time. fare to Madinah about 20USD for each person. in Madinah also so many hotels and services around haram area. if you have any quiestion pls ask.I wich for you the best inshalah
