Radisson: Beach front hotel with good security
The staff here will tell you it it 5 star but it would be a push to call it anything above 3 stars anywhere else. It is located on the beach but does not have a private beach. You have to leave the walled compound to go to the water. The food is of good quality and there is a well appointed gym and swimming pool. Security is good compared to most hotels in the area. All in all it is OK.
It is hard to get to though. Drivers here are terrible and just about every uncontrolled left turn has been blocked by K-Rail because the drivers will just turn out in front of you. Because of that you can only approach the hotel from the north. If you come from the south you have to go up almost a whole kilometer to turn around in a roundabout to come back.
Unique Quality: Beach front location. Yanbu has fantastic scuba diving and it is close to several good dive shops.

Holiday Inn: Good for Business Travelers
I was booked here by my company and it is OK. It has what amenities you absolutely need but is not overboard. The service is very good, rooms are big, staff is friendly and the grounds are nice. There is a car hire agency in the building and can rent cars or provide drivers. It just lacks in the food quality area.
I wound up staying here for 5 months and built up enough Holiday Inn points that I can stay at any Holiday Inn in the world for 3 weeks for free or at any Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks!
Unique Quality: Good security. You do feel safe here as there is a big perimeter and armed security presence outside the gates.

Arac Yanbu Resort has been constructed at an area of more than (30.000) m2 . the build up area of the chalets is (4.500) m2 , with a total of (40) chalets, with different sizes ranges between one to three bed rooms fully equipped and furnished luxuriously .
