Al Salam -: Stay away - Al Salam
I only stayed at this place once and i couldn't bare it anymore, first off, i hate hotels where you open the door to find a sink infront of you!
The Window AC was like a diesel engine all night, and the hotel was in the middle of the city, so there was a lot of noise as it is, the room didn't feel too clean, and its decoration was more of an army bunker!
The service was provided by disgruntled -obviously underpaid- employees who have no clue about what the word "service" means.
Unique Quality: in the middle of the city.
There are currently only 3 hotels in the whole city and this one is the last oe, but i'd rather sleep in the car than pay money for this sad place

Al Salman Hotel: Al Salman - It still stands!
Quite an old hotel, but the most decently economic one i Buraidah - Gassim, eventhough not too economic still!
It has hot water, clean sheets, unreasonably expensive prices for very bad services and taste, but better than the rest.
It was apparently built in the 70's or something, and it seems like the hotel management wanted to retain that look for some reason, so it's common to find hotel brochures in the rooms with pictures of guys with massive side burns and large afros, the swimming pool is basically a hole in the ground to look at from your room which is currently surrounded by rundown companrtments and filled with dust and left over construction material.
There is no open buffet, and ordering is based on a standard menu, but i wouldn't recommend the food there.
Unique Quality: comparatively to the rest of the places in Buraidah, its your best bet, but on any other level, i wouldn' stay there if they gave me money for it
