Al Khozama Hotel: Khozama is a Top Hotel with all Business Amenities    Check Rates

    • [Dec 06] The Khozama is a perfectly placed hotel north of the Faisiliya centre on Olaya street providing the same good service, comfort and high-level business amenities at a fraction of the rates of its top-end adjoining sister hotel Al-Faisaliya.

    RATES: Of note during low season is that the rates drop to around 400R including Breakfast so keep checking www.al-khozama.com for rates.

    NON SMOKERS: Remember to specify non-smoking rooms if you don't.

    NOISE: The Olaya side rooms now face pilon noises starting 07:30 with the new construction across the street.

    GYM: The Gym is on the 1st floor in the Khozama Centre behind the daPino Restaurant with indoor Pool, Outside seating area while the Gym is on the floor above

    INTERNET: Wi-Fi access in all rooms

    NICE TOUCHES: Fruit Basket and Drinking Bottles replenished every day

    Location/Location/Location - Easy access to everything if you like to be connected.

    • Opened in 2000, AlFaisaliah Hotel is located in Olaya District, the very center of Riyadh where you will also find most of the big hotel chains. Rates ranges from US$266 for a standard room to US$ 2666 for the best Royal Suite. Most local and foreign businessmen prefer this hotel because...it's simply the best!

    • I was living there six mounths, it was pleasent time. Everything you need was very close to you. Service was excellent.

    I've spent at least 50 nights in this little nice hotel. The service is really good, and the garden restaurant is absolutely excellent (though very pricey). The beds are ok and the laundry service is fast and efficient, with a free shoe shine service as a plus. I really recommend this hotel if you stay on business. It's also in Olaya, one of the safest and most active areas, which in Riyadh may not be saying much but is important after a week or so).

    Not a cheap place to stay, but the accomodations and service were most excellent. Staff friendly and always helpful. Fluent English spoken by majority of staff. Superb breakfasts. Garden restaurant has top recommendations. Good security.

    Small touches added greatly - e.g., daily fruit baskets, extra & big pillows, bed turned down, choice of WiFi or hardwire broadband.

  • Directions: Olaya district - Near the base of Faisaliah Tower, one of the two most prominent Riyadh landmark skyscrapers, makes it easy to find one's way back to hotel.
