Very basic hotel, but in a good location
The Tulip Inn Olaya House is a very basic hotel, so if you just need a nice, affordable place to sleep then it's fine, but if you're looking for luxury then it's not the right place for you.
It is very centrally located on Olaya Road which was very convenient for me, because Faisaliyah Tower, where I was having my meetings, was in walking distance from the hotel.
Unique Quality: Surprisingly good breakfast buffet which is included in the very reasonable room rate.
