Lovely Boutique Hotel in Damascus

We stayed at Beit Ramza hotel in early June. We were wowed by the intricate details inside the rooms and the beutiful decor in the main hall and walkway. The hotel is like a nice cozy private estate. The location is great in that it is within walkign distance of all the amjor sites, and it is not on a road with car traffic, so the air is much cleaner than outside the old city walls. Overall the service is great. The narinj jam at breakfast was something new to me and great as well. I enjoyed Damascus so much as well as my stay at Beit Ramza.

Unique Quality: Authentic, great service for small number of rooms. Seemed like there were three mployees on site at all times. The breakfast was great, very nice chef, and nice staff in general.
