 We checked some hotels near old town, but most of them were fully booked or unacceptable even for a night ( they say hot water is available only in the morning but I'm not sure if there's really hot water ! )
When we reached at orient palace hotel, we were almost desperade and room looked very ok compared to the rooms in another hotels we saw. Room is nothing special but big bathroom ( reliable hot water supply ) and balcony. Our room was facing to back side so it was very quiet to forget that the hotel is located in the noisy city. I feel it's over priced for this tired old hotel but it was quite okay for a night.

In the lobby area, there is BUSINESS CENTER but seems not in function. They cannot let us to make internaional call saying it's closed.
Old receptionists are happy to arrange transportation to airport / bus terminal.
I witnessed driver was handing commission to receptionist when he came to pick up.
My friend said, when she asked for stamps they were trying to charge 50SP per piece ( more than double price!! )

However we had good sleep and there was no major problems.
