Best Western Hotel Ikibin 2000 Ankara: Good Hotel, friendly service.

I stayed for 3 nights using it as a base to watch the total eclipse in 2006. Clean, friendly service and reasonably located near central Ankara. Our room was quite small for a twin room though. There was some traffic noise but where in Ankara isn't there any? I recommend it but don't feel you have to book a hotel before you go as there seemed to be plenty of other hotels. I would stick to central ones rather than any on the outskirts.
