Best House Turkish Riviera AYT

This is the worst hotel you can ever go to. The staff are extremely rude and not helpful at all. On arrival they do not help with your luggage to the lift and also on departure the do not assist you with luggae from the lift. The restaurant has only 1 waiter named Osman and he is very very rude. Once at breakfast time there was no butter and when I asked for some he became rude and started shouting. I complained about it to the manager but he did nothing about it. When the tea runs out they do not brew fresh new tea but instead add boiling water to the remaining tea leafs. The bread they serve for breakfast is not fresh and is left overs from the previous night. Everyday breakfast and evening meal is the same and the main dish is ONLY seved by the chef. You are not allowed to bring food or drink from outside to the hotel room or restaurant. The soft drinks they serve in the restaurant are from a 1.5 lite bottle and does not have any fizz in it and they charge 3TL for a small glass. The closing time for the restaurant is 10.00pm but they pack away the food at 9.15pm. The rooms are cleaned everyday and towels are changed everyday. The TV in the room does not work. This hotel is classified as 3 star but in reality it is 1 star. For the reasons mentioned above avoid going to this hotel, you will be better off by paying little extra and book at another hotel

The hotel was nice, but unfortanely there were half finished houses surrounding the hotel so the view outside wasn't so great. By now the buildings should be finished.

The distance to the Kleopatra beach is 300 meters, and to the city 800 meters.

Unique Quality: The pool was nice and clean and it was nice to swim in it (the sea-water is very salty so it was nice to change to cooler water).
