The Dim Caves
by Joan40
If you really like caves and good views, take a visit to the Dim?? Caves. You catch one of the little buses that go in thr opposite direction to Centrum, they only run about one an hour and it costs 3 million on the bus, It takes about 1 hour from the town centre to get there, up a rather steep and winding road, but once there the caves are brilliant. When you come out of the caves there is a cafe/bar and some breathtaking views on all sides. We really enjoyed it.

"Culture - ancient and new"
In -94 four of us had a much needed wacation in a place that showed to have it all: from the Clepotra beach - namned after the actuall ancient ruler of Egypt, she lived in the castel on top of the cliff for some period of time and used this beach for her baths and pleasure - to the "Coloseum" (?) discotheque, wich I dont understand why MTV hasent used....
Walking from the south end of the Cleopatra beach up to the fortres on top of the midtown cliff, I passed this little radiostn. Ofcourse I did see a lot of other things too, things you would not see if you take the guided bustour or a taxi.
