is it all right for me to wear my bavarian ledenhausens around?. they are like a leather boiler suit cut off at knees. I seen a scotlands man in kilt getting around so maybe ok for me too but will I attract the womens? i am bit shape like beer barrel with pork pie hat I like wear too. I wear also long white socks with big buckle shoes .will turkish people stare at me?
Some people will look at you but be comfortable in yourself.Turks look at every tourist as potential income.
I am sure you will get lots of attention, but it might not be because of women being attracted :)

With your Bavarian costume you will make a great attraction and show in Alanya. As a Turk living in Alanya during spring and autum I advice you not to wear lederhosen in high sommer. Because it is very hot in day and night. Your Bavarian lederhose will burn your back and soft skin between your legs. better bring a light hose or buy one in the Alanya Bazaar.
I like my lederhosen because I not need to vash them and I think the goils vill like me because I vill smell like a bull.
