Examine Ottoman Architecture
by Jetgirly
My guidebook said that Kaleici (Old Town) had some of the best-preserved examples of traditional Ottoman architecture. I felt like the neighbourhood was at its best at dusk, when the street lights were turning on and you could imagine how the narrow lanes might have looked hundreds of years earlier. Some buildings were eerily abandoned, others appeared so but were actually occupied, and most were well-maintained and occupied by inhabitants who eyed curious tourists with equal curiosity. The narrow streets of Kaleici are definitely worth exploring, armed with nothing more than a camera.
Antalya is a very crouded city

"About airports and food markets"
The very first thing we saw in Antaly was off course the airport. It's a very clean place and is beautifully decorated with marble. From there we were escorted to our hotel near Kemer.
But we came back for an excursion to the city. We walked around and had drinks in a cafe. The people are so very friendly here in Turkey. There was also a big market in the city. They sold evrything from tea to fruit and socks. I think we bought some spices and tea for replicating Turkey when we got back home.
The only thing that wasn't nice was that the people sometimes get too friendly. Everyones trying to sell you something and they all seem to cling on to you. But then again that's just how they sell there products. And every country has it's perks.
