the bad the worst hotel ever
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, from beginning to the end, we have booked for this hotel a week before our arrival and on the day we arrived around 12 PM we stayed for the clean of our four rooms 4 hours amazing ha and the condition of the rooms when we received was so bad very old in the second floor advice don’t take it it is the worst floor in the hotel the staff at the reception were so bad in accepting our complain of the time waste for our rooms.
The management are not polite at all one incidence two Muslim ladies wearing swimming suite were swimming with their husbands when one shortly manager came and start shouting at them not to swim like this in the pool why I don’t know it seems he would like to see them naked then he will be happy!!!!!.
Another thing we requested an iron and haw fast this came to us AFTER TWO DAYS yes amazing how fast there services is. When we come to the hotel any time they search us in case we bought food and drinks outside some times they allow some people other they refuse entering even with a bottle of water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the other hand the food was very good lots of kind and type.
My advice would be not using this hotel if possible. Avoid, avoid, avoid -- there is just no reason whatsoever to stay at Dedeman Antalya!
