Me & Colin went to The Kaya Belek for a weeks all inclusive.in the 1st week of May. We were very disappointed as we had been led to believe this was a 5* accomodation, we would have put it at 3*+ We found the hotel staff very rude and we didnt see many break into a grin. In fact we got fed up with saying hello even to the other guests as we found these ignorant as well, both German & English. Its the first time we have ever experienced this we usually find everyone no matter the nationality very friendly.Maybe the unfriendliness of the staff eventually rubs off onto the guests.
