Club Xanthos

This Place is very very poor - avoid it !!

Just returned from here and would never go back. The hotel has great views and is near to the sea, but having said that - that's all it has to recomend it
Rooms are poor in quality as is the food which is very repetative.
The service levels are poor as the majority of the staff speak very little English and seem not to understand that they are ther to look after the guests - this is not helped by the management who are not very pleasant and seem only intent on taking money off people for all manner of things - such as calling a taxi - which you assume hotels do for guests as a matter of course
One of the biggest problems is that the place assumes that everyone wants loud music every night which goes on past midnight and makes it very difficult to get any sleep before then - they insist on playing it even when asked to turn it down!!
So all in all - if you have a choice stay somewhere else in Kalkan which itself is a really lovely place with loads to do
Just don't do it at the Xanthos
