A hotel near Kas with a great view
Club Capa is a small hotel on a steep hillside outside of Kas. The hotel is located on the peninsula, about 2 km from central Kas, and has great views looking out over the water toward the mainland. The hotel's property runs down the hill from the road to the sea. There is a swimming pool up on the hill by the hotel, and then a smaller pool halfway down the hill toward the sea. At the base of the hill, there is a swimming platform and deck area with lounge chairs and a bar, where you can relax during the day.
The hotel also has a bar and restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were served buffet style when we were there - you had to be on time or you got the remains of what was left. If you want to have dinner in town, there is a dolmus (shuttlebus) service that runs every 30 minutes or so form the peninsula to the town.
The hotel rooms are air conditioned. They are not particularly large, but were decently furnished and clean. We had a room next to the pool, which was very convenient with a child who loves to swim. The staff was friendly, and a number of them spoke English.
