peace n calm place with a stunning view. Jasmin scent, a small pool, good food etc.

Just a Decent 3-Star
I've stayed there twice. It's a very simple small hotel that we even got to know the whole family that owned the place. (They just live upstairs) It was a pleasant stay, nothing special. They're nice people but the service is a bit slow unfortunately.
The beach is very rocky and their pool is too small to replace that.
I'm glad i stayed there & got to make many new friends, but I think I'd go looking for another place next time.
Unique Quality: Breakfast overlooking the sea -but then again, it's available in most hotels in kas. Friendly staff but slow service. Close to the town center, but if you have a problem walking uphill, do not choose this location. The rooms are very simple, so no Tv or AC and such. It's good if you're not going to spend a lot of time in your room. Of course, they have phones in the room and rental safes and decent bathrooms- no baths, showers.
And make sure that you askk for a room that sees the sea, otherwise, if you get a room looking at the wall with a lot of plants, you might have problems with various bugs coming to visit your room.
