Pension houses far from the beach.: Pensions List 2

I walked along the main road until the end of the pension clusters and found most of the popular pensions in the area.

Most of the pension houses in Olympos line up the main road, you have to choose whether you want to stay near or far from the ruins and beach. I did not stay at these pension houses, I just want to put it up here for info. These are pension houses a bit far - about a kilometer away or so from the main entrance of the ruins and the beach. Most of them have bungalows and treehouses, and located before the green bridge.

1. Moonlight Pension, cafe bar and restaurant
2. Robina Pension
3. Kadir's Treehouse
4. Camlik Pension and treehouses.
5. Alaturka Pension
6. Ada pension and camping
7. Turkmen Treehouses
8. Deep Green Bungalows
9. Divasa Pension

Excellent
Lovely staff and management
Home from home
I'd recommend to anyone
Olympos is a find
In April guests were a mix of hikers in 20/30s
Young Turkish students colleges on break at the time
Lovely if you want quiet
I imagine busy in summer

Unique Quality: Largest garden , the most green pension , highly international communication skills in Olympos area.

Olympos Deep Green Bungalows: Rest in a peaceful place

I was walking the Lycian Way in Turkey. Olympos is one of the stops where you can rest for a while. After walking for 10 days I came to Olympos. I chose Deep Green Bungalows due to its beautiful front view and nice guys welcoming me. I stayed for three days resting resting and resting.
The owners are sympthetic and nice. Food was also delicious and satisfying.
Nice music is played all day and night. The place has its own bar and fire is lighted every night...
Really cool place to be in. Seaside is also good.

Unique Quality: Nice garden area
Nice music played

Akdeniz Bahcesi (Mediterranean Garden): Dutchmen in Orange garden

We stayed at this lovely place for five days only, but it felt like 5 weeks. 3 houses in a large garden / orchard full of organically grown orange's, nuts, fruits and friendly chickens; we rented the Green house. very well equipped, everything 'green'. Mrs Kiliç also has her own textile workshop and made all the textiles in the house. Breakfast articles stored in the fridge. Perfect setting for a lovely time.

The place is about 50 meters from a very tranquil part of the beach. The owners are so modest: the signs to the house are hardly noticeable: just follow the road along the coast until you switch sides with the (unused) canal, then left, next to the school.

Unique Quality: Great welcome, very beautiful garden and ditto houses. Splendid environment (the garden, the villgae, the near by Olympus, the beach, mountains)

  • Opinion of Price: more expensive than average
  • Address: Cigali, just follow the (only) road along the coast.

Saban: Backpacker Central

There is so much accommodation in Olympos, and nearly every place that offers accommodation offers tree houses and huts.
Dinner and breakfast is included in the price almost everywhere.
The meals we ate were delicious and hearty, you queue up as though you are at school and its all dumped on your plate!

Unique Quality:
Our hut was so very comfortable, it was very spacious and clean, we had our own bathroom and air con - which was a treat at the time!
I would certainly stay here again, they offer free laundry, slow internet, book swap, and lots of chilling areas - cushions on wooden roofed open air huts.

Tahtavilla: Wooden

They have some tree houses in their garden and a dog called Achilles. It is a little bit far from the sea. But their prices are very cheap: 30 YTL per person, per night.

Myland: Their land

This accommodation has a few bungalows in its garden. It is just behind the beach so reaching the sea is easy. Bungalows are under the banana trees. All have photos on the walls and these photos are taken by the owner of the pension. Its garden is nice but bungalows are very close to each other. Also their prices are a little bit expensive. A bungalow is 108 YTL per night.

Olympos Lodge: The oldest, the most expensive and the best

Unfortunately I did not stay here but I walked in their garden twice. It is the oldest accommodation in Olympos. It is very close to ancient city.

I cannot describe my feelings when I saw the threes and flowers as a plant-lover. It has an amazing and well designed garden. There are many strange trees in the garden. There is a pond with colorful fishes and water lilies. Ducks and peacocks were wandering between the plants.

They have a painting of Abidin Dino (a famous Turkish painter) and some sketches of other painters.

All the details are thought. All rooms are hidden by the bushes and trees.

Price of the rooms were 175 euro per night for a couple in September 2006. The Lodge is closed for 3 months in winter.

Olympos Lodge is the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen.

Unique Quality: Its garden is amazing.
