A Good Family Hotel
The Aral Hotel is quite new, it is very clean and well maintained. The room that we had was spacious, 2 Adults and a 9 year old, 1 double bed and 1 single. You need to pay extra for Air conditioning (40 euros for a 2 week stay but worth it!) and a safe which is also extra but peace of mind is worth it! There is also TV and a fridge in the room but these only work if you take the power card off the keyring and leave it in permanently.
The pool area is great,1 large pool,1 small pool for toddlers and 2 waterslides into their own small pool, which is open twice a day from 11 am to midday and 4 pm to 5 pm. This is one of the best features of the hotel, its amazing the ages of people going down the slides and starts many conversations with people from many countries!
We stayed half board and the food was of a very good standard for both breakfast and dinner, although the main course was restricted to one choice. There was always a very good range of food available, which appealed to most tastes (olives for breakfast! Yum)
We would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't need a lift as there aren't any and it can be a long way up!! The Staff, especially Mehmet, this man was a fantastic person, couldn't do more for you if he had 2 helpers!!! I had a beer with the manager at the poolside bar which he paid for!
Reception, Cleaners, Restaurant Staff, Bar Staff, everybody tried to make you feel welcome and relaxed, a refreshing change from most!
