I've been trying hard to book round trip by bus from Istanbul to Kusadasi, but all bus companies sites are in Turkish. Does anybody know the site, or another way around to purchase tickets and would be a problem to buy it right on place in Istanbul?

It is the most expensive and the safest bus company. I couldn't find english explanations for other companies. But in your hotel, people may help to you for booking a bus ticket.
There are several travel agents around the Sultanahmet area who will book your ticket for you and get you a free shuttle to the bus station. Pamukkale, Varan, Ulusoy are the better companies and cost should only be $100 max. Around 10 hours.
Once you've relaxed and enjoyed the seaside of Turkey's western coast, make sure you visit Ephesus, as it is a very interesting day visit and a welcome change from doing what you can do in just any other resort town.

This restaurant was the best! But as it has been such a long time ago when we were there I can't remember the name. I know it is in the middle of the city, next to the Chinese restaurant I wrote about. The waiters were friendly and the food was great. They had this dish where they flambee the food at the table. It was a bit expensive (then the other restaurants but still not expensive for us) but sure worth it. Try the flambee, you will enjoy it, I promise you.
Kusadası is a town on the Aegean coast of Turkey, near the ancient city of Ephesus, 90 km south of İzmir and a short distance across from the island of Samos.
It is extremely popular as a tourist destination, both for its many beaches, and as the port for cruise ship passengers heading to Ephesus. Kusadasi has a residential population of 50,000 which rises to over half a million during the summer due to local and foreign tourists.
Kusadasi was a minor port overshadowed by Ephesus until Ephesus' harbor silted up. It was known as New Ephesus, Scala Nuova, and Kush-Adasi at the beginning of the 20th century.
The name comes from 'kuş' (bird) and 'ada' (island). Just next to the old harbor is a small island that has a rock with the shape of a bird's head (as seen from the sea).
Near to Kuşadası, there is a national park full of beautiful beaches just 1km ahead of the town of Güzelçamlı. Also, several aqua-parks are located near the town: the largest are Aqua Fantasy and Aqua Land.
