Staying here with a party of adults, we were directed to some tables to enjoy our evening meal by the waiting staff. Returning from the buffet with our first course, a member of our party, a disabled man in his 80's was verbally and then physically attacked by another guest, who was a guide for another tour party. On asking to see the duty manager, he was told that person was not in the hotel. Subsequently our party was shunted into a side room by the staff and any form of service vanished utterly. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels (Edinburgh, Tours, Wolfsburg) and this one was way below standard - would not recommend it at any price. Theme: HotelComparison: about average
