This is a nice hotel, right across the street below the travertines, with an easy walk to the park entrance and top, and a great view at night from the balconies. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant has excellent food and a nice selection of local wines. They were just opening for the season, so staff was minimal, but those there were friendly and helpful. One of the nicer small hotels I've stayed at recently.
Attached is a small carpet shop for guests only, with reasonable prices. The owner is very knowledgeable (his family has been making and selling carpets since the 1920s), and there's no hard sell. There’s a nice-sized pool (not open yet when I was there), and massage and a sauna are listed as services, although I didn’t check.
