Comfortable stay in Sultanahmet
You can find qualitied service and the people are trying to help you about your requests.
Unique Quality: The hotel is nicely decorated and rooms are comfortable esspecially the rooftop restaurant has a perfect view over istanbul.

Hotel Arcadia Istanbul
The best about Hotel Arcadia for me was the view you get to the city and the location of the hotel.
What I was seeing from my window was both St. Sophia and the Blue Mosque. In order to get that I think it is a good idea to put it on your reservation because not all the rooms are having that view.
In terms of location it is a good starting point due to the fact that it is in a walking distance from such major points of interest as Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace and several museums.
The room was comfortable, clean and neat :)
The staff could be a bit absent minded at times :) I asked for my key and they gave me the key from another room :)))
Unique Quality: - air conditioning,

- hair-dryers
The view of the Sea of Marmara from Horizon Restaurant on the top of the hotel is unique. I wish the weather was better and wormar so I could have my breakfast outside, not indoors.

the best view for old city
From what I've seen, the upper terrace in Arcadia have the best view on the old city. Almost all hotels in that area have that kind of terraces with great views, but from all of them I like the most the view from Arcadia. The building itself is pretty high and it's location in between the Sultanahmet Square and Marmara Sea will allow you to have great views on: Sultanahmet Mosque, Aya Sofia, Kiz Kulesi and Asian Side, The Marmara Sea. It's just brilliant!
Unique Quality: The rooms are very nice decorated and some of them (corner rooms) are quite large.
