the staff are morose and unhelpful...the guy on the desk could'nt even tell us how much the turkish bath cost and was even less inclined to find out for us!!
this hotel is clean and has all the usual facilities but it is too far away from the sultanhamet district to bother with.
tips was what seemed to motivate the staff here but could'nt even conjour up a smile as a incentive to do so.
unfortunately we stayed here for two weeks and in that time our electronic key card packed in four times.
there hotel to airport shuttle is expensive and you can arrange cheaper from travel agents in istanbul.
istanbul is fabulous and the people welcoming and friendly...but at hotel berr this could'nt be further from the truth!!
