I'm supposed to be in Istanbul for 10 days. I almost planned everyday of my stay, except for cruising the Golden Horn from Eminonu to Eyup.
Is there a regular boat trips (not private)?
Can I disembark at Balat or Fener?
How long does it take?

I'm not quite sure that you can disembark at Balat quay but sure that u can disembark at Ayvansaray iskelesi.
fare?? could it be 1,50 TL(approx 1 USD)
time?? I had years and years ago,I forgot exact time,but let say 45-60 minutes..

here u can check time table from Eminonu to Eyup... every hour there is boat...
they are public ones and price are very low... less than 1 usd as far as i know.

Golden Horn Line (Halic Hatti)
There is a boat from and to üsküday-Eyüp for 1,5 lira one every hour. Balat or Fener, not both anymore, the way Eminonü-Eyüp takes about 40 minutes.
