Maiden tower by Erkmen
"Kiz Kulesi", well known as maiden tower has been restorated and now being operated by a private company. After the restorations it looks more kitch than usual but still a nice place to see.. Currently there is a cafe inside the small tower and the upper floor is a small museum.. The cfe inside is way too expensive, mind the prices before you visit..There are regular boat services to the tower from Uskudar (Asian side) and Kabatas (european).. You can take a ferry from Eminonu to Uskudar and after ashort walking near to the tower you can see the boats..The nicest part is, the tower is just in between Europe and Asia.. Have a look at the bosphorus and watch ferries crossing from Europe to Asia and vice versa
