Below average hostel
We travelled turkey for 15 days, stayed in 6 different budget hostels and Istanbul Paris Hostel & Hotel is the only hostel I would not return to. I would recommend it to real budget travellers who are only planning on spending very minimal time in the room. The staff were quite helpful and the location was extremely central. The breakfast was quite nice with fresh fruits and fresh bread. The hostel room and bathroom itself was very unclean.

My home for 2 months
One year ago I stayed for more than 2 months in this hostel, and it was OK. Is clean, cheap and has a good location.
Unique Quality: panoramic terrace in summer.

Cheap accommodation in Istanbul
In October 2002 I stayed in Paris Hostel and had excellent time there. The hostel is clean, the people working there are very nice and it is very cheap (only 6 US$ for a dorm bed) - the Paris Hostel accommodation is definitely worth much more than 6 US$. Breakfast is included in the price.
