Yes there is direct bus to Istanbul, travel time around 17 Hours and cost may be 45 Lira,

I had traveled from Istanbul Adana Istanbul couple of times (16 hours) and the Buses are very comfortable, and they serve tea/coffee on board.
45 Turkish Lira is equal to 30 US Dollar
HAS Bus company offer direct service, or you can get to Adana which is near and then take the Bus to Istanbul (YENI ADANA Bus Company, it was 35 Lira I paid)

my suggestion is having breakfast with freash air and incredible view !!
